I'm Alex and I've created the Science of Strong programme because I think there's a better way to train. The programme is for strength, muscle gain and/or fat loss depending on YOUR goals. It creates a way to get the results you want that is "life- friendly". There's no air squats before eating carbs, no bizarre exercises that make you question humanity and certainly no broscience.
